my why
I started my photography business at just 15 years old. I began with sports photography, which is where I learned how to keep up with fast-moving toddlers and never miss a moment (this sure comes in handy now!)
I found my passion in photographing families right before moving to St. Augustine several years ago to attend Flagler College. This little historic beach town quickly stole my heart, and I knew I wasn’t going anywhere!
For over a decade now, I’ve had the chance to photograph many of the same families year after year, capturing their milestones as their families grow and change. Some of the kids are now taller than me… how did that happen!?
All these years I’ve expressed how I love to capture your memories through my photographs. Losing my mom while being just 26 changed my perspective on photography in a way I never could have imagined. When all I had left were a handful of images, I realized how priceless capturing family photos truly is.
While I have always felt honored to be chosen to capture your family, your milestones, or your everyday love, I now approach every session with a new perspective and even deeper gratitude. These photos are not just for today, they are memories that one day, may be everything you have.
