A photoshoot i'll never forget

Every photoshoot reminds me why I love being a photographer, but this one was an extra big reminder.

Natalia reached out to me with a plan during her family’s vacation photoshoot. Her whole family was there. While her mom and dad thought it was just a regular session, everyone else already knew the surprise. Natalia was about to tell them she was pregnant with her first child.

When the moment finally happened, the emotion was instant. Her mom’s reaction was so beautiful. There were tears, hugs, and pure joy. Watching it unfold through my camera lens was incredibly moving, and I was tearing up right along with them.

Being trusted to document such a meaningful milestone, especially knowing I was the one capturing the moment her parents found out, is something I hold so close to my heart. The emotion, the love, the tears. These are the kinds of memories families look back on forever, and it is an honor to preserve them.
